About Jean L. Serio Jean L. Serio is the Founder and Executive Director of the Women's Marketing and Business Network. She also owns and operates several other successful businesses and is the author of 8 business and marketing ebooks, including the acclaimed “Start Up Your Own Business Blueprint,” along with hundreds of business and marketing articles.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jean spent 20 years in corporate America working for 4 top retail corporations where she launched and managed 7 multi-million dollar operations, wrote training and policy manuals, organized and hosted dozens of corporate training functions, and created sales and customer service programs that are still in use today.
Over the last 15 years, Jean has organized, started up, and managed 8 successful businesses of her own. She has also helped hundreds of other entrepreneurs start up successful businesses of their own.
